Led a coalition of over 30 nonprofit and labor organizations through rulemaking with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, successfully expanding the Colorado Wage Order to protect all workers and creating a Colorado overtime salary threshold. This rulemaking positively impacted hundreds of thousands of workers across the state.
